Quick post today! I have some coffee cake project in mind for the near future. Maple Bacon Coffee Cake was definitely a hit, as was Peach Coffee Cake. I’m working on a few more ideas.
Bananas Foster Coffee Cake
My wife suggested this one. I love Bananas Foster, and I think this would pair up nicely with coffee cake. Brown sugar, mashed banana. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.
Chocolate Coffee Cake
I’m not totally sure how I want to do this, because I’ve already made a Chocolate Chip Coconut Coffee Cake. Do I go marble? Do I whip in some sort of icing or syrup?
Pear Coffee Cake
This one is mostly about picking the right pear. My wife is the aficionado, so I’ll be asking for her advice on that.
